• All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoting selling rates, publishing rate from hotels, adventure, other activities and tour, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Bali Star Island Tour and Travel.
• Bali Star Island Tour and Travel are fully responsible for our services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made via Bali Star Island Tour and Travel's website and payment made from and for its services. Bali Star Island Tour and Travel are NOT responsible for services provided by hotel, adventure, and other activities chosen direct by clients.
• Bali Star Island Tour and Travel guarantee that you will have the quality of services from hotels, adventure, other activities and tour as stated in website. The quality of service fully depends on prestige of hotel, adventure, other activities and tour chosen and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you and your clients.
• Bali Star Island Tour and Travel are fully responsible for identity of any client who participates in its website and for data received by Bali Star Island Tour and Travel. Any internet user can take benefit from Bali Star Island Tour & Travel's services by browsing at database.
• Hotel rental rates quoted by Bali Star Island Tour and Travel is on per room and per night basis or based on the package rate and strictly valid if you book directly to Bali Star Island Tour & Travel only.
• Adventure, other activities and tour are on per person per service or based on the package rate and strictly valid if you book directly to Bali Star Island Tour and Travel only.
• Check-in time for hotel is after 02:00 PM , with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure.
• Extra / additional bed is subject to per person, per day surcharge.
• American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless stated in the service.
• Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 (one) room. Based on per person or based on the package offered.
• Bali Star Island Tour and Travel rates include 21% tax and service.
• Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs; the price is 50% off room rate or based on the confirmation made.
• If your hotel, adventure, other activities and tour are not on our site, please supply us with details of the reference and we can follow up for you.
• Please be aware of some Hotels which have seasonal surcharges, Compulsory Dinner on the respective High Season and please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates and services.
• These rates are applicable only when reservation is made through Bali Star Island Tour and Travel. If you cannot find out the hotel' rate that you're looking for, please contact us for more and detail information.
• All of the rates on Bali Star Island Tour's website may change without prior notice.

HOW TO BOOK

• Once you have confirmed about your choice of our service, please fill the Reservations Form completely and submit to us and all reservations will be processed if it has been already filled completely.
• When completing the Reservation Form, please be ensure that you have the right fill form to avoid misunderstanding occur. Therefore please note the following items as a part of our Reservation Form in detail:

Part 1 :	You have to complete your personal data to provide us the complete information related to our access of communication with you including the next booking confirmation.
Part 2 :	You have to complete your other participants data if they join during the tour/travel/accommodation/adventure etc with you, otherwise they will not be registered on the booking.
Part 3 :	If you wish to book the hotel, please fill the Hotel Form Reservation which is providing you the alternative hotel if one of the hotels can not confirm your booking. This part also provides you the second period hotel booking if you wish to stay around.
Part 4 :	You have to complete this form if you wish to book one of all our optional tours / Activities Tour (Tour around Bali, Yogya Tour, Adventure, Rafting, Spa, etc).
Part 6 :	This part will establish you about the guarantee of your reservation before confirming your booking, therefore please kindly fill it correctly to secure your booking.
	Important !!! Your Credit Card will not be charged immediately/directly upon click the booking, this is only as a guarantee to keep secure until you finalize your booking by sending us the credit card Authorization Form as detail mention below.

• Once you submit your reservation request correctly, your reservation will be replied at least within 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other alternatives.
• We will inform you the dead line/due date of your final booking confirmation on our confirmation booking.
• Once we confirm your booking we will keep noted that your booking Temporary Confirmed until we have received your Final Confirmation by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form or a copy of Bank Transfer if you pay by cash and send to us otherwise your booking will be cancelled automatically.
• To final your reservation we absolutely request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be sent by fax to : +62-361-778049.After you submit your reservation request or send a copy of Bank Transfer if you transfer the money to our account. Bali Star Island Tour & Travel only guarantee the availability of room's reservation , adventure (s), other activities , tour's), and or other services when we have received above documents.
• Your credit card only serves as a guarantee , (Preauthorization only will be done upon the final confirmation made) and full payment can be done upon arrival at hotel or at our office, we will not deduct your credit card unless you fail to comply the terms and conditions which has been stated on the service rate or the Reservation Form. This is used only to indicate your seriousness in booking with us. You will make payment to our guide upon arrival when you meet him/her.
• Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up after signing the Confirmation Form.
• Once the reservation definitely confirmed, Bali Star Island Tour and Travel will send the guarantee letter/voucher to the respective hotel, adventure, activities and tour company to guarantee that your booking is being held confirmed or the guarantee letter/voucher will be brought by our tour guide upon arrival if the pick up service is required.
• All booking confirmations are subject to the availability basis.
• All bookings confirmations will be submitted your e-mail address as our tool communications therefore please fill your e-mail address correctly.

• All rates of Bali Star Island Tour and Travel are quoted in US Dollars, however in case of payment by credit card; local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted with rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US Dollars on day of debit.
• You can make payment by USD CASH / Rp. CASH / Amex (+3%) / VISA (+3%) / Master (+3%)
• We do not receive cash in US Dollar currency with addition 1996 or before.
• Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Bali Star Island Tour and Travel Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go incorrectly and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company.
• The fact that Bali Star Island Tour and Travel's charges are processed by all major credit card companies demonstrates Bali Star Island Tour and Travel's good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Bali Star Island Tour and Travel if this would create any problems for them.

Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Bali Star Island Tour and Travel can not hold the responsibility for these differences.

CANCELLATION and NO SHOW

• Cancellation and No Show Policy are clearly mentioned on the below rate offered of each hotel, and if neglecting to this policy a cancellation fee will be charged based on the policy statement.
• For non-hotel activities (Optional Tour, Adventure, Cruises, Spa, Rafting, Golf etc.) Cancellation and No Show Policy are clearly mentioned on the below Optional Tour Reservation Form and this policy a cancellation fee will be charged based on the policy statement.

• Bali Star Island Tour and Travel currently does not provide International Airfares service from your country to Bali and vise versa Commonly all of the International Airfares including traveling within in Indonesia via Local Airfares are providing the insurance which cover you during your journey via airfare.
• Customers of Bali Star Island Tour and Travel are insured against accidental death and disablement for an amount of up to Rp. 100,000.000. While using our services except activities offered by other companies which is alliance with Bali Star Island Tour and Travel is covered by other company's insurance based on the Insurance owned by company accordingly. Bali Star Island Tour and Travel will not cover any insurance if use the activities which are not alliance with us or direct booking to the company accordingly.

As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email address is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.
