Terms and Conditions for Optional Tour Reservation

1	All rates quoted on the page are valid from 01 April 2006 until 31 March 2007
2	All rates quoted on the page are in US Currency and net inclusive of Government tax & Service Charge and not commissionable
3	All rate quoted on the page are subject to change without notice and strictly valid when the booking is made via Bali StarIsland Tour only
4	All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis.
5	If any cancellation during the service served cause of the force major, weather condition or public/ society/ government interference, Bali Star Island Tour has the right to organize other solution and action in accordance to the tour reserved.
6	The Optional Tour/Activities Reservation Form is used to book all activities ( Optional Tour, Adventure, Rafting, Spa, Over Land Tour , Transportation excluding hotel activities, etc.

Cancellation and No Show Policy for Optional Tour Reservation

1	If the booking cancellation is made within 24 hours before the service date , 50% of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee. (not valid for Yogyakarta Tour and Spa booking )
2	If the booking cancellation is made at the same day of service date or the event of no show, a full (100%) of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee. (not valid for Yogyakarta Tour and Spa booking)
3	Cancellation and No Show Policy for Yogyakarta Tour and Spa booking are subject to the page accordingly. It was clear mentioned on the rate of each page, so please visit the page and read thoroughly.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com). Payment through PayPal is very easy, quick and safe. You do not need to expose your credit card details to merchant like us.

Once you submit the booking request correctly, our team will process your booking and get you back with further confirmation
Your booking confirmation is based on availability bases and our teams will response your booking request within 24 hours and incase of circumstances, it might be extended
The payment can be settled once you have received our confirmation
To secure your booking, the payment must made by the latest of deadline date issued by our team on your booking confirmation otherwise it will be released automatically from our system and your booking will be subject to availability bases
