TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The above rates are quoted based on US Currency and net including 21% Government tax and service charge
  2. The above rates are valid when the booking is made through Bali Star Island and valid until 31 March 2011
  3. Extra night charge is USD 115 net/person inclusive breakfast only
  4. Transfers: wherever possible transfer to/from the resort will be Sail Sensation, however the management reserve the right to utilize an alternative carrier as the need arise
  5. Peak Season Surcharge at cost USD 25 net/night/villa will be charged for the period of 15 July - 31 Aug and 25 Dec - 05 Jan
  6. The additional charge of 3% will be charged if the payment is made by credit card on spot for bank administration fee
  7. Payment can be also made via PayPal
  8. All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  • Low Season: 10 days before check in will be charged 100% of 2 days/1 Night Package rate
  • High/peak Season: 16 days before check in will be charged 100% of 2 days/1 Night Package rate
  • The same day or in the event of no show will be charged 100% of package plus length of stay
