Terms and Conditions

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at cost us$ 40 net/person and 50% off for children under 12 years old will be applied for overnight stay on the New Year period 31 December 2008
Payment through credit card will be added 3% from the total invoice as the bank administration fee
Package rate below is a unit package rate and cannot be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

10 days before arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge or 35% from the total package rate below for package booking only
5 days before arrival date up to no show will be imposed full duration of room reserved
