Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 Janl 2010 through 31 March 2011
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at cost USD 55 net/person and USD 30 net/child for children under 12 years old and it will be applied for overnight stay on the New Year period 31 December 2010
- Children Policy:
- A child 0 – 2 years old is free of charge when sharing with 2 adults in one room including baby cot
- A child 3 – 12 years old is charged USD 15 net/night with 2 adult in same room including extra bed and breakfast
- Package rates below are the unit package rate and cannot be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:- 10 days before arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge as a cancellation fee
- 5 days before arrival date up to no show will be imposed full duration of room reserved
- Group booking cancellation will be specified upon the confirmation is made
