Terms and Conditions

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per package and valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
2. Other rooms categories on the package are available, please feel free to contact Bali Star Island Tour
3. One child up to 8 years old or under sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with rollaway bed, however the Breakfast for children will be charge US$ 8.00 net/child/meal
4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
5. No check in and check out on 31 December 2011 and 1 January 2012 are served and minimum 3 night stay are required during New Year Period (20 Dec' 2011 - 05 Jan' 2012)
6. Staying for the period of Peak Season (20 Dec' 2011 - 05 Jan' 2012) is compulsory dinner at cost:

   1. Christmas Eve Dinner 24 Dec' 2011 will be charged USD 65 net/adult
   2. New Year Dinner 31 Dec' 2011 will be charged USD 160 net/adult
   3. Children under 12 years will be charged 50% from the adult rate
7. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

1. During LOW SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival date up to no show, 50% of the package value will be imposed
2. During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 17 days before arrival date up to no show, 100% of the package value will be imposed
