The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012

One child up to 8 years old or under sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with rollaway bed, however the Breakfast for children will be charge US$ 8.00 net/child/meal

Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged

No check in and check out on 31 December 2011 and 1 January 2012 are served and minimum 3 night stay are required during New Year Period 20 December - 05 January

Staying for the period of Peak Season (20 Dec' 2011 - 05 Jan' 2012) is compulsory dinner at cost:
- Christmas Eve Dinner 24 Dec' 2011 will be charged USD 65 net/adult
- New Year Dinner 31 Dec' 2012 will be charged USD 160 net/adult
- Children under 12 years will be charged 50% from the adult rate

This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy

During LOW SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival date up to no show, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.

During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 17 days before arrival date up to no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee and 100% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
