Terms and Conditions

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 Januaryl 2008 through 31 October 2008
One child up to 8 years or under sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge, and Breakfast for children will be charge US$ 6.00 net/child/meal
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
No check in and check out on 31 December 2005 are served
Staying for the period of Peak Season (23 Dec' 2008 - 05 Jan' 2009) is compulsory dinner at cost:
1. Christmas Eve Dinner 24 Dec' 2008 will be advised
2. New Year Dinner 31 Dec' 2008 will be advised
3. Children under 12 years will be advised
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

During LOW SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival date up to no show, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival date up to no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee and 100% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
