General terms and conditions

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
  2. Children under 12 years when sharing with parent are free of charge on room only without extra bed and meals. They will get 50% discount from the adult meal rate
  3. Additional charge from the total invoice will be added if the payment made through credit card, paypal, and money transfer.
  4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  5. Extra bed charge is inclusive of breakfast
  6. This rate are strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made:
  • During Low Season: within 5 days before the arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge
  • During High Season: within 17 days before arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge
  • During Peak Season: within 35 days before arrival date will be imposed a full duration of the room reserved
  • No Show: will be charged a full duration of the room reserved
  • Group booking cancellation policy will be advised upon the booking confirmation is made
