TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
One Child under 12 years old use an extra bed is free of charge without breakfast. Additional breakfast will be charged US$ 6.00 net/child
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Payment made by credit card, paypal or bank transfer will be added additional charge
No extra Bed can be accommodated in Standard Room
Stay overnight at the year end will compulsory dinner on 31 December 2011 and the cost will be advised upon the confirmation is made
Package rate above is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

If the cancellation is made within 5 days before the arrival date up to no show on low season, 50% from the total package rate will be imposed as a cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date up to no show on peak season, 50% from the total package rate will be imposed as a cancellation fee.
