Terms and Conditions
- The above rates are quoted in US Currency and valid from 01 January 2008 until 31 March 2009
- Children under 12 years old will follow the following conditions:
- Stay at Deluxe Rooms will get free extra bed only if sharing the same room with parent and breakfast is charged at children rates
- Stay at Grande Room, the extra bed will be charged US$ 20 net/night including breakfast
- No children are encouraged in the Ayodya Palace
- Children Meal Rate
- Children 0 – 5 years old are entitle for free buffet meal when accompanied by parents
- Children 6 – 11 years old will get 50% discount on adult meal (not including children menu)
- The extra bed rates are inclusive of breakfast
- For honeymooner will get additional honeymoon benefits
- Gala dinner is compulsory for all guest stay on the night of the 31 st December and the rate will be advised
- Official check in time is 14.00 and check out time is 12.00 noon. If stay over the time mention will be charged 50% of the room rate maximum until 18.00 hours and full charge of room rate for staying after 18.00 hours
- The packages rates are unit rates and can not be breakdown into daily single rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
The cancellation and No Show Policy
For Normal Booking: The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- Low Season: 5 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge
- High /Peak Season: 30 days before arrival date is imposed one night room charge and 50% of the total room reserved if the cancellation is made within 5 days before arrival
- No Show: In the event of no show or cancellation is made at the same day of arrival will be charged a full (100%) of the total room reserved.
For Package Booking: The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- Low Season: 5 days before the arrival date is imposed 35% of the package rate
- High /Peak Season: 30 days before arrival date is imposed 35% of the package rate and 50% of the total room reserved if the cancellation is made within 5 days before arrival
- No Show: In the event of no show or cancellation is made at the same day of arrival will be charged a full (100%) of the total room reserved.
