TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
  2. One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge
  3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  4. Staying over night during new year period is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost will be advised
  5. Additional charge will be applied for payment made by credit card
  6. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
  7. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
No Show and Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fee will be imposed automatically if the booking cancellation is made
  • During Low Season is made within 10 days before the arrival date is charged 1 (one) night room charge or 50% off the package value for the package booking
  • During High/Peak Season is made within 16 days before the arrival date is charged 1 (one) night room charge or 50% off the package value for the package booking
  • In the event of no show or early departure total of room reserved will be imposed as a cancellation fee and it is equal to the Package Bookin
