TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
- The above rates are only valid for individual booking only, meanwhile the group rates will be applicable for group booking
- Children Policy:
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with rollaway bed only except at Regency Club Room
- Breakfast for children 0 - 6 years old is free of charge
- Breakfast for children 7 - 12 years old is USD 8 net/child/meal
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Interconnecting room are available at Garden View and Ocean View only
- Extra Bed is charged US$ 35 net/bed inclusive breakfast applicable for Garden and Ocean View Room only
- Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made through credit card
- Minimum 4 consecutive night stays are required during New Year Period (27 Dec – 04 Jan)
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:- 5 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge as a cancellation fee during Low Season
- 18 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge as a cancellation fee during High Season
- 30 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge as a cancellation fee during Peak Season
- The same day of arrival or the event of no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be charged as a cancellation fee including the package booking.
- Group Booking Cancellation will be advised upon the confirmation is made
