Terms and Conditions

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 Jan 2011 through 31 March 2012
  2. Children age of 2 – 12 years old when sharing with parent will be charged for breakfast
  3. Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
  4. Extra Bed is applicable for Superior Room and Superior Cottage only
  5. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
  6. Minimum 3 nights stay during Peak Season.
  7. Stay overnight on 24 December 2011 is compulsory dinner with cost will be advised
  8. Stay overnight on 31 December 2011 is compulsory dinner with cost will be advised
  9. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
  10. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the can collation is made within:
  • During the Low Season : 17 days before the arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge and 10 days before arrival date will be charged 2 nights room charge
  • During High Season : 35 days before the arrival date will be imposed 2 nights room charge
  • During Peak Season: 50 days before arrival date will be imposed 2 nights room charge
  • No Show or early departure will be imposed a full duration of room reserved
  • Group Cancellation will be specified upon the confirmation is made
