   The accommodation is only available from 2.00 pm on the arrival day until 12.00 noon on the departure day. Any request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability bases

• The official check-in time is 14.00 hours
• Check-out time is 12.00 hours, however the all inclusive benefits are valid until 14.00 hours on the last departure day

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 Jan 2010 through 31 March 2011
2. Children from 3-11,99 years will be charged 50% from adult rate for All Inclusive Package
3. Children from 4 - 11,99 years will be charged US$ 6 net/child/night included Breakfast and Extra Bed
4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
5. The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
6. Extra Bed and Children are not allowed in Royal Deluxe Room Category.
7. Minimum 7 nights stay will be applied from 26 Dec'10 - 5 Jan'11
8. Compulsory Dinner
   • If you overnight stay during Christmas, the compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2010 will be applied at cost USD 40 net/person for guest who book All Inclusive package
   • If you overnight stay during New Year Period, the compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 will be applied at cost USD 145 net/person for guest who book All Inclusive package and USD 170 net/person for guest book bed and breakfast
   • Children 3 – 11,99 years old will entitle 50% discount from adult rate, meanwhile children 0 – 2,99 years old is free of charge
9. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
10. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

1. If the booking cancellation is made within 12 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
2. If the booking cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date up to no show, a full duration of room night reserved will be imposed as a cancellation fee
