TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
Children from 4-12 years will be charged 50% from adult rate for All Inclusive Package
Children from 4 - 12 years will be charged US$ 6 net/child/night included Breakfast and Extra Bed
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
Extra Bed and Children are not allowed in Royal Deluxe Room Category.
Stay overnight of 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 Dec' 08 at cost US$ 130 net/person
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

If the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
If the booking cancellation is made within 5 days before the arrival date up to no show, a full duration of room night reserved will be imposed as a cancellation fee
