Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 Jan 2010 through 31 March 2011
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Additional charge of 3% will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- A minimum stay of 5 nights will be applied for the bookings during Peak Season Period
- No check outs permitted on December 31
- Staying over night on New Year Eve is compulsory New Year Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost to be advised
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and cannot be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
- For Low Season: if the booking cancellation is made within 16 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee and within 5 days up to now show, a full duration of room reserved will be applied as cancellation fee
- For High/Peak Season: if the booking cancellation is made within 32 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee and within 14 days up to now show, a full duration of room reserved will be applied as cancellation fee
- The cancellation policy is subject to change upon the confirmation is made
