Terms and Conditions

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2006 through 31 March 2007
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
Staying over night on New Year Eve is compulsory New Year Dinner on 31 December 2005 at cost to be advised
Package rate below is a unit package rate and cannot be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

For Low Season: if the booking cancellation is made within 5 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% off the package valued will be charged for package booking
For High/Peak Season: if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% off the package valued will be charged for package booking
NO SHOW FOR NORMAL BOOKING: in the event of no show one night room charge will be imposed as a no show fee except in the high/peak season a three night charge will be imposed as a No show fee
NO SHOW FOR PACKAGE BOOKING: in the event of no show 35% off the package value will be imposed as a no show fee except in the high/peak season 100% of package value will be imposed as a No show fee
