Terms and Conditions

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 Jan 2010 through 31 March 2011
  2. Children Policy
    - Children age of 0 – 5 years old will free of charge including baby crib on request
    - Children 6 – 12 years and above will use the extra bed at cost USD 70 net/person including breakfast
  3. Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
  4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out after 4pm is 50% charged and full night charge will be applied if the late check after 18.00 hours
  5. Stay overnight on 24 December 2010 is compulsory dinner with cost USD 155 net/person and children under 11 years old will be 50% off
  6. Stay overnight on 31 December 2010 is compulsory dinner with cost USD 155 net/person and children under 11 years old will be 50% off
  7. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the can collation is made within:
  • During the Low Season : 17 days before the arrival date will be imposed 1 night room charge and 10 days before arrival date will be charged 2 nights room charge
  • During High/Peak Season: 30 days before the arrival date will be imposed 2 nights room
  • No Show or early departure will be imposed a full duration of room reserved
  • Group Cancellation will be specified upon the confirmation is made
