Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 31 April 2011 through 31 October 2011
- Maximum one child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free on room only and breakfast is charged US$ 10 net/child/meal. It is also automatically as a member of Panda Kid's Club.
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 70% charged
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to Ramada Bintang Bali Resort hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season : 7 days prior to arrival date , one night room charge will be imposed and 5 days up to no show will be charged entire of booking period charge
- During High Season: 10 days up to 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed and 4 days up to no show will be charged entire of booking period charge
- During Peak Season: 25 days up to 16 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed and 13 days up to no show will be charged entire of booking period charge.
- NO SHOW for High/Peak Season : booking cancellation is made on the same day of arrival or the event of no show, entire of booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee including for package booking.
