Terms and Conditions

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
  2. Maximum of one child under 12 years old sharing with parent is free of charge without extra bed and breakfast. An infant under 2 years old using baby cot is free of charge. Children meal is 50% of the adult price
  3. Hotel check in time 15:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  4. Extra bed is suitably be accommodated in Superior and Deluxe room only
  5. Overnight stay on 31 December 2011 will be compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at cost USD 90 net/person and children under 12 years old will be charged USD 45 net/child
  6. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
  7. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
  8. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  • For Individual Booking: 10 days before the arrival date will be charged one night room reserved, meanwhile at the same day or no show will be charged full
  • For Group Booking will be advised upon the confirmation is made
