TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
  2. One children under 12 years old sharing with the parent is free of charge on extra bed based on availability however the breakfast is charged and for children (5 - 12 years old) and children (0 - 4 years is free of charge)
  3. No children under 12 years old are permitted in the Deluxe Lagoon Access, Lagoon Suite, Deluxe Lagoon Suite and Deluxe CLub Room
  4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm will be charged
  5. The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
  6. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
  7. Staying over night of 31 December, is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost will be advised.
  8. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
  9. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation, amendment or no show is made within:
  1. During LOW SEASON, the cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation or amendment is made within:
    • 10 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge plus 21% tax and service charge
    • 5 days up to no show is charged a full of entire booking period charge plus 21% tax and service charge
  2. During HIGH/PEAK SEASON, the cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation or amendment is made within:
    • 25 days before arrival date up to no show will be charged a full of entire booking period charge
  3. The above cancellation policy is subject to change which will be notified upon confirmation made
