Terms and Conditions

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
2. Infant 0 – 2 years old is free of charge including baby cot and the children 3 – 12 years old will be charged USD 35 net/child/night as an additional charge including all benefit above
3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
4. The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
5. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
6. Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee and the amount will be converted to Indonesia Rupiah
7. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

• Low Season: 25 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
• High/Peak Season: 50 days prior to arrival date, one room night charge rate will be imposed as a cancellation
• If the cancellation is made 5 days up before arrival up to no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking will be charged as a cancellation fee
• Group cancellation policy will be specified upon confirmation is made
