TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- Official check out time is 12:00 hours and check in time is 14:00 hours. If the late check out until 18:00 hours requested, a 50% of the above rate will be charged and full room night charge will be imposed after 18:00 hours
- Baby cot is provided free of charge
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
- Low Season: If the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for the normal booking or 50% of the package value will be charged for package booking
- High Season: If the booking cancellation is made within 16 days before arrival, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for the normal booking or 50% of the package value will be charged for package booking
- In the event of no show, a full charge of entire booking will be imposed as a cancellation fee and equal to package booking.
