  • Interconnecting rooms available
• Club Deluxe Garden/Club Deluxe Ocean View Rooms:
  • Maximum occupancy is two (02) adult and one (01) child 12 years old and under
  • NO triple adults share
  • Children twelve (12) years old can accommodated if utilizing the same bed only as parents
  • No space for Rollaway Bed
  • Interconnecting rooms are not available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2010
2. The above rates are only valid for Individual booking, meanwhile the group booking will be applied by group rate
3. Day bed measuring 1,3 meters x 2.0 meters is available for triple adult share with additional charge of US$ 35 net/night inclusive Breakfast for Grand and Ocean View Room only. Triple adult share for Grand Club Garden view is available with additional charge of US$ 65 met/night inclusive of Club Benefits
4. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
5. Additional charge will be added if the payment is made through credit card
6. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
7. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

1. During LOW SEASON : if the booking cancellation is made within 5 days prior to arrival date, one room night charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 50% of the package value will be charged for package booking
2. During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: if the booking cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, one room night charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee during or 50% of the package value will be charged for package booking
3. In the Event of NO - SHOW, a full charge of the booking period will be charged as a No show fee and it is equal to the package booking.
4. Group Booking Cancellation will be advised upon the confirmation is made
5. The above cancellation and no show policy is subject to change and clearly specified on the confirmation made
