TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with rollaway bed only and Breakfast for children will be charged at 50% of the adult meal
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
Staying over night on New Year period is Compulsory Dinner

On 31 December 2009 at cost US$ 140 net/person
For children between 4 - 12 years old is charged 50% of the adult meal

Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

10 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee (06 January - 14 July and 16 September - 26 December)
15 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee (15 July - 14 September)
30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the entire stay charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee by minimum stay 2 night and lest than 2 night will be charged full room night charge (27 December - 05 January 2010)
NO SHOW: the booking cancellation is made at the same day of arrival date or the event of no show, 50% of the entire booking period will be imposed as a no show fee by minimum stay 2 night and lest than 2 night will be charged full room night charge
