GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2010
Children 0 – 5 years old will free of charge when sharing the same room with adult/parent and the children 6 – 12 years will be charged 50% off
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

Cancellation and No Show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

Any cancellation is made within 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the total invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee by minimum of 2 night stay
In the event of no show or early departure, a full duration of room reserve will be charged as cancellation fee
