TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 11 January 2011 through 31 March 2012
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 80% charged
01 child below 6 years old are free of charge using existing bedding with their parent.
Compulsory dinner will be automatically applied during stay for the period of Idul Fitri, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve and Chinese New Year with cost will be advised
During the high and peak season period, minimum 3 nights stay reservation is required and unable to check in or check out on 31 December 2011
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
Booking confirmation is subject to availability bases
Additional charge will be added if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

The Cancellation Fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

During Low Season: 10 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed
During High Season: 35 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee .
During Peak Season: 50 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
No Show: in the event of No show, The charge of entire booking period will be imposed as a no show fee and It is equal to the package booking . Early check out will be considered as no show and 100% charge will be imposed.
