TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Children under 12 years old when sharing the same room with their parent is free of charge on room only and the breakfast is charged US$ 4.00 net/children/meal
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Staying over night on New Year Period is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at US$ 80 net/adult and 50% off for children between 6 - 12 years old and below than 6 years old is free of charge.
- During the peak season period, minimum 4 nights stay reservation is required and unable to check in or check out on 31 December 2008
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be added if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The Cancellation Fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 5 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed or 35% off the package value will be imposed for package booking.
- During High Season: 16 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% off the package value will be imposed for package booking.
- During Peak Season: 25 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% off the package value will be imposed for package booking.
- No Show: in the event of No show, The charge of entire booking period will be imposed as a no show fee and It is equal to the package booking
