The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night,
Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only.
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Room Occupancy Policy

Superior/Deluxe King Room is for maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
Superior Deluxe Twin is for maximum 2 Adults + 2 children (extra bed can not be provided)
Loft is for maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
Family Suite is for maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 Children

Staying over night on New Year period is Compulsory Dinner with cost to be advised
Minimum 3 nights stay is required during new year period
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

Low Season: 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% of the package value for package booking.
High Season: 10 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% of the package value for package booking.
Peak Season: 25 days prior to arrival date, 35% of the entire stay charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee by minimum stay 2 night and lest than 2 night will be charged full room night charge and equal for package booking.
NO SHOW: If the booking cancellation is made at the same day of arrival date or the event of no show, 50% of the entire booking period will be imposed as a no show fee by minimum stay 2 night and lest than 2 night will be charged full room night charge and equal for package booking.
