Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with rollaway bed only but the Breakfast will be charged as follows:
- for children ( 5 - 12 years ) will be charge US$ 15 / child per day for Superior and Deluxe Chalet categories

for children ( 5 - 12 years ) will be charge US$ 25 / child per day including Garden Club Lounge Benefit for Garden Club Chalet and above room categories

- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Minimum 4 nights stay is required for the period of Peak Season (24 Dec – 05 Jan)
- Staying over night of New Year Period is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at cost to be advised.
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received within:
- Low Season: 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35 % of the package value for the package booking
- High Season: 10 days prior to arrival date, one room night charge rate will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35 % of the package value for the package booking
- Peak Season: 16 days prior to arrival date, two room night charge rate will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 75 % of the package value for the package booking
- If the cancellation is made at the same day or the event of no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking will be charged as a cancellation fee including the package booking.
- Group cancellation policy will be specified upon confirmation is made
