CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  • During Low Season: 10 days before arrival will be charged 1 room night charge or 35% of the package booking
  • High/Peak Season: 16 days before arrival will be charged 1 room night charge or 35% of the package booking
  • No Show: 1 room night charge or 35% of the package booking
