TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- Children under 12 years old sharing in parent's room will be free of charge on room only, however the extra bed and breakfast charge based on extra person cost. In addition, baby cot can be provided upon request base on complimentary
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Extra Person charge is inclusive of extra bed
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be added if the payment is made through credit card
- Season:
- Low Season: 01 April - 30 June' 11, 16 Sept' 11 - 21 Dec' 11 and 06 Jan - 31 Mar' 12
- High Season: 01 Jul - 15 Sep' 11 and 22 Dec' 11 - 05 Jan' 12 - This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:- During Low Season: 10 days before arrival will be charged 1 room night charge
- High/Peak Season: 20 days before arrival will be charged 1 room night charge
- No Show: 1 room night charge or 35% of the package booking
