Conference Service Personnel – it is a wide range of assistants, technicians and other experienced staff are on standby to ensure all arrangements go smoothly. Conference Presentation is a standing table lecterns, Podiums, Notice Boards, Easels, Direction Signs, Portable Platforms and Stage, Notepads and Photocopying. Service is available as required
Communications - Phone, Facsimile and Telex Service available, at all times and all rooms are equipped with International Direct Dial telephone (IDD).
Sound and P.A.System – it is a standing and table microphones on request. Built in and portable loudspeakers, operated from the control booth above the meeting rooms. Portable wireless P.A System. Fully equipped wireless Simultaneous System with four individual cabins.
Secretarial Service is a full Secretarial Service available on request.
Audio - visual and Photographic Coverage - Professional open reel and cassette tape recorders, as well as Betamax or VHS (multi system), Video Recorder, Camera and Grand Screen Projector. An in-house photographer is available on request for documentation, or souvenir coverage.
Print Shop - Artwork - design, Flyers, Brochures, Name cards, Invitations and other printed matter may be prepared according to your requirements.
