TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only and Breakfast for children will be charged US$ 5 / child.
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Staying over night on New Year is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at US$ 90 net/person (adult) and US$ 65 net/child (children under 12 years old)
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

Booking cancellation made within 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 50% off the package value will be applied for package booking.
In the event of No- Show: the entire booking period will be charged as a no show fee and it is equal to the package booking.
