TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, net inclusive of 21% tax and service valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- In Resort Classic and Singaraja Room, children between 5 – 12 years will pay USD 10 net/day/child for breakfast charge and children 0 – 4 years old will be complimentary. Meanwhile children 5 – 12 years old will be charged USD 45 net/child/day for Club Intercontinental Accommodation including benefits and children 0 - 4 years old will be free of charge
- Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the Club Lounge after 5 pm
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Minimum of 5 nights stay are required during Peak Season Period and no check in or check out on 31 December 2009
- Additional charge of 3% will be added if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Compulsory Dinner is applied for staying on Peak Season Period with the cost will be advised
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation or early departure is made within:
- During LOW SEASON Period: 7 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed and within 5 days up to no show will be charged a full duration of room reserved charge
- During HIGH/PEAK SEASON Period:
- 21 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed
- 12 days up to no show is imposed full lenght of booking period is charged
- No Show/Early Departure is charged full lenght of booking period
- Cancellation during the Peak Season Period is subject to change upon the confirmation is made
