TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only and Breakfast for children will be charged US$ 7 net/child.
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:

Low Season Period: 10 days before arrival date is charged 50% of the total night reserved by minimum of 2 night stay or 50% of the package value for package booking
High Season Period: 32 days before arrival date is charged 50% of the total night reserved by minimum of 2 night stay or 50% of the package value for package booking
NO SHOW: in the event of no show or early departure, a full/entire of booking period is charged.
