RATE INCLUSION

Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
- Family Plan:
- Extra bed for children under 12 years is chargeable
- Free Kids Club for children of 5 - 12 years old ( 9 am - 6 pm )
- Children under 12 years of age receive 50% discount on meals (menu price)
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Extra bed is not applied for Family Room
- Staying over night on 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2009 at cost to be advised
- Additional charge of 3% will be added if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation made within:
- During LOW SEASON period: 10 days before arrival, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 35% off the total package rate will be charged for Package Booking.
- During HIGH/PEAK SEASON period:
- 16 - 23 days before arrival, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 35% off the total package rate will be charged for Package Booking.
- 15 days before arrival, a full/entire booking charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and package Booking.
- In the event of No Show: if the booking cancellation is made the same day with the arrival date or the event of no show, a full/entire booking charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and Package Booking.
