TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Maximum of one child under 12 years old when sharing with their parent is free of charge without Extra Bed
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Staying overnight during the Christmas and New Year Period is compulsory dinner at cost:
- Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2008 at US$ 55 net/person
- New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at US$ 65 net/person
- Children under 12 years old is charged 50% from the adult rate
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During LOW SEASON : 10 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking or 35% off the package value will be charged for package booking.
- During HIGH/PEAK SEASON : 17 days before the arrival date or the event of no-show, two night stay will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking or 50% of the package value will be charge for package booking.
- The event of No show: a full/entire of the booking period will be imposed as a no show fee and it it same with the package booking.
