TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- One child under 12 years old when sharing with their parent is free of charge without Extra Bed and the breakfast is charged USD 7 net/child/meal. However if the children need extra bed, the additional charge USD 50 net/bed/night including breakfast will be applied
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Payment made by credit card will be added 3% from the total invoice as the bank administration fee
- Minimum 2 night stays are required for staying during Low Season and minimum 3 nights stay is required during High/Peak Season.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:- During LOW SEASON: 17 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee. Less than 5 days before arrival up to no show will charge full payment.
- During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: 25 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee. Less than 10 days before arrival up to now show will charge full payment.
