TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
2. One child under 12 years old when sharing with their parent is free of charge without Extra Bed and the breakfast is charged USD 7 net/child/meal. However if the children need extra bed, the additional charge USD 60 net/bed/night including breakfast will be applied
3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
4. Payment made by credit card will be added 3% from the total invoice as the bank administration fee
5. Minimum 3 night stays are required for staying during peak season period 22 Dec – 05 Jan
6. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

• During LOW SEASON: 15 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
• During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: 25 days before the arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
• One day before arrival up to no no-show for all seasons will be charged full/entire of the booking period.
