Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar valid from 06 January 2010 - 31 March 2011
- Two children 10 years or under sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Additional charge of 3% will be added if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Stay over night on New Year period is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at US$ 50 net/person and 50% for children under 10 years old.
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During LOW SEASON: 10 days before arrival date up to no show, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
- During HIGH SEASON: 16 days before arrival date up to no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee and 100% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
- During PEAK SEASON: 25 days before arrival date up to no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee and 100% of the package value will be imposed for package booking.
