TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on bed only
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be added if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Compulsory Dinner
- On 24 December 2009 at US$ 40 net/adult and US$ 20 net/child
- On 31 December 2009 at US$ 130 net/adult and US$ 65 net/child
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 16 days before arrival will be charged one night room reserved
- During High Season: 30 days before arrival will be charged one night room reserved
- During Peak Season: 45 days before arrival will be charged one night room reserved
- In the event of No Show will be charged full duration of room reserved
- Group cancellation policy will be notified upon the confirmation is made
- The above cancellation policy is subject to change upon the confirmation is made
