TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
  2. One child under 10 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge without extra bed. Extra bed for children is charged US$ 35 net/bed/night inclusive breakfast
  3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
  4. The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
  5. Minimum booking 5 night stay is required during peak season period
  6. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee

No Show and Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee will be charge if the cancellation is made within:
  • During Low Season: 10 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge and 5 days before arrival date will be charged full lenght of room reserved
  • During High Season: 20 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge and 10 days before arrival date will be charged full lenght of room reserved
  • During Peak Season: 30 days before arrival will be charged one night room charge and 20 days before arrival date will be charged full lenght of room reserved
  • No Show: if any cancellation made the same day of arrival or no show, a full (100%) of the total room reserved will be charged as a cancellation
