RATE INCLUSION

  • Daily Breakfast for 2 persons except for family room will entitle for 4 people
  • 21% government tax and services charge
  • Welcome drink upon arrival

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 October 2011
  2. One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only without Extra Bed and breakfast. Children meals are 50% from adult rate.
  3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
  4. The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.
  5. Staying over night on New Year period is Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost will be advised
  6. Staying overnight on Christmas Period will be charged compulsory Christmas Dinner Eve Dinner on 24 December 2010 at cost USD 60 net/adult and USD 30 net/child
  7. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
  8. Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
  9. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

Cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  • Low Season Period:  5 days before arrival date will be charged one night room reserved as cancellation fee and 2 night stay will be charged for cancellation made within 24 hours up to no show
  • High Season Period:  14 days before arrival date will be charged one night room reserved as cancellation fee and full charge will be applied for cancellation made within 7 days up to no show
  • Peak Season Period:  26 days before arrival date will be charged one night room reserved as cancellation fee and full charge will be applied for cancellation made within 14 days up to no show
  • Group cancellation including term and conditions will be advised upon the confirmation made
