Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is free of charge on bed only and breakfast is charged US$ 4 net/child.
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Stay during New Year period is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2009 at US$ 80 net/person and 50% off for children under 12 years old
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- 15 days before arrival date, one night room charge or 35% of the package value will be charged for package booking
- 3 days before arrival date up to no show, a full (100%) of the booking period will be charged and it is
