The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- Normal Season: 10 days before the arrival date will be imposed 1 room night charge
- High Season: 25 days before the arrival date is will be imposed 50% of the total booking period
- High Season: 10 days before the arrival date will be charged 75% of the total booking period
- No Show: will be charged a full (100%) of duration of room reserved
