TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Maximum one (1) child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge without extra bed but the Breakfast will be charged US$ 7.5 / child
- Extra Bed for Superior, Deluxe Garden, Duplex Suite and Family Room is US$ 45 net/bed/night including Breakfast
- Extra Bed for The Level Duplex Suite and Deluxe Suite is US$ 65 net/bed/night including Breakfast
- Children meal under 12 years old is 50% discount on buffet meal
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- Staying over night on 31 December, Compulsory New Year Dinner on 31 December 2009 at the price will be advised
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During LOW SEASON:
- 10 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 35% of the package rate is charged for package booking.
- 5 days before arrival, 50% from the total duration of stay or atleast minimum 2 (two) night room charge will be applied as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package rate is charged for package booking.
- During High Season
- 16 days before arrival date will be charged 1 night room charge
- 5 days before arrival, 50% from the total duration of stay or atleast minimum 2 (two) night room charge will be applied as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package rate is charged for package booking.
- During PEAK SEASON:
- 32 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 35% of the package rate is charged for package booking.
- 16 days before arrival, 50% from the total duration of stay or atleast minimum 2 (two) night room charge will be applied as a cancellation fee for normal booking and 50% of the package rate is charged for package booking.
- Same day of arrival or No Show is charged a full duration of stay
