Terms and Conditions
- The rates are in US Currency valid from 01 April 2007 – 31 March 2008
- Children Policy
- For all inclusive package, the children age 0 – 2 years old when sharing with adult is free of charge, while 3 – 12 years old sharing with adult will get 50% discount
- For Bed and Breakfast, the children age 0 – 4 years when sharing with adult is free of charge, while 5 – 12 years old when sharing with adult without extra bed will be charged US$ 6 net per child for breakfast
- Guest Identity
- For all inclusive guests will receive and compulsory to wear a wristband during stay. Otherwise the benefits are not valid
- Official check in time is 14.00 pm and check out is 12.00 pm
- If there early occupancy of rooms before the indicated time is on request basis
- Late vacancy until 18.00 pm is charged 50% if the total room charge and after 18.00 pm will be imposed one night room charge
- All inclusive packages are over at the check out time and everything consumes or uses the facilities after this time will be charge normal
- Staying overnight of the new year period, a compulsory dinner at cost US$ 140 net/person on 31 December 2007 will be applied and 50% of the adult rate for children 02 – 12 years old
- The rates are strictly valid when the booking is made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid when the booking is made direct to hotel or other parties
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- 5 days before the arrival, one night room charged will be imposed
- The same day of arrival or no show is charged 50% of the total booking period
- In the event if early departure, the entire room night reserved will be charged
