Rates are inclusive of:
- 21% Government Tax and Service charge
- Welcome drink and face towel
- Daily replenished mineral water
- Daily full Breakfast up to 2 persons
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
- One (1) child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge including Breakfast and for children 5 - 12 years old, 50% off on all regular buffets meal and 20% off on Gala Dinners.
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
- No check in and check out on 31 December 2010 are served.
- Compulsory Dinner will be applied for staying during the following peiod:
- Staying over night of 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at US$ 130 net/person on 31 December 2010 and USD 105 net/child for children under 11 years old
- A minimum of 4 (four) nights consecutive stay is required for booking during Peak Season Period (23 Dec' 2010 - 08 Jan' 11)
- Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee is applied if the cancellation is made within:
- 5 days prior to arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- One day before arrival date until no show will be imposed a full (100%) of the booking period
- 20 days prior to arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- 10 days until the event of No-show will be imposed a full (100%) of the booking period valid for both normal booking or package booking
- 30 days prior to arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- 15 days until the event of No-show will be imposed a full (100%) of the booking period valid for both normal booking or package booking
