TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast and valid for Deluxe Room only.
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

No Show and Cancellation Policy

The cancellation charge will be applied if the booking cancellation is made within:

During Low Season: 5 days before arrival date up to no show is imposed one night room charge or 35% of the package value for package booking
During High Season: 10 Days before arrival date up to no show is imposed full of the booking period or 100% of the package value for package booking
During Peak Season: 46 Days before arrival date up to no show is imposed full of the booking period or 100% of the package value for package booking.
