Terms and Conditions
- The rate are quoted in US Dollar, net per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- The above rate are inclusive of breakfast up to 2 person per room
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
- Additional charge will be added it the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
- Extra bed charge is inclusive of breakfast
- This rate are strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made:
- Within 30 days before arrival date during low season and high season is charged 1 night room reserved and full charge will be applied if the cancellation is made 10 days before arrival up to no show.
- If the cancelation is made within 35 days before arrival date during Peak Season Period will be charged 1 night room reserved and full charge will be applied if the cancellation is made 15 days before arrival up to no show.
- In the event of no show, a full charge will be applied
- Group booking cancellation policy will be specified upon the confirmation is made
