TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate are quoted in US Dollar, net per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
2. Maximum occupancy in Deluxe Room is 2 adults and extra bed are not available due to compact lay out. However Deluxe Suite can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old using the sofa bed provided
3. For children under 6 years old, extra bed is free of charge inclusive breakfast and for children 6 - 12 years old, the extra bed is free of charge with US$ 10 net/meal/child surcharge for breakfast
4. Overnight stay during New Year Eve will be compulsory dinner on 31 December 2011 at cost USD 125 net/person and children 6 – 12 years will be charged 50% from the adult rate. Meanwhile children 0 – 5 years old is free of charge
5. Extra bed charge is inclusive of breakfast
6. Additional charge will be added if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
7. Package rate above is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
8. This rate are strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

• Low Season: 10 days before arrival date will be charged 1 night room charge
• High Season: 16 days before arrival date will be charged 1 night room charge
• Peak Season: 25 days before arrival date will be charged 1 night room charge
• 3 days before arrival date for all season will be charged 50% from the total room reserved by minimum one night stay charge
• In the event of no show, a full/entire of the room night reserved is applied as a no show fee.
