Room Rates are inclusive of:

General Terms and Conditions
- The above rates are valid from immediately until 31 March 2012
- The above rates are quoted based on US Currency and net inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge
- Children bedding and Meals policy:
- One child under 12 years old stay free in parent's room, however the breakfast will be charged USD 10 net/child/meal
- Children under 12 years old will get 50% discount on buffet meal prices
- Children under 5 years old will free of charge on meals when dining with parent
- Third person charge is entitle for an extra bed inclusive breakfast
- The resort provides free shuttle service to Ubud center involving resort – Ubud Market – Resort only based on time table schedule
- Room occupancy:
- Garden Villa and One Bedroom Pool Villa are maximum for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old OR 3 adults
- 2 Bedroom Pool Villa is maximum for 4 adults and 2 children or 6 adults
PAYMENT
- Full payments are absolutely required in advance on the latest time limit which is given by Bali Star Island on the confirmation made.
- The payment can be made through wire/bank transfer or via PayPal. We will guide you how to settle the payment on our confirmation made
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:- Low Season: 15 days before the arrival date will be imposed one nigh room charge
- High/Peak Season: 30 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- In the event of no show or early departure, a full charge (100%) from the total invoice will be charged as no show fee
