Terms and Conditions
  1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
  2. Maximum of one child under 12 years old sharing with parent in the same room is free of charge and the breakfast will be charged US$ 5.00 net/child/meal
  3. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  4. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
  5. Stay overnight of New Year End will be compulsory dinner at cost will be advised
  6. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  • Low Season: 10 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  • High Season: 16 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  • NO SHOW: will be charged 100% of the total booking period
  • Group cancellation policy will be advised upon the group booking confirmation
