Rates are inclusive of:
- 21% Government tax and service charge

- Daily afternoon tea/coffee + snack can be served in villa or at Padi Poolside Restaurant or at Gazebo around villa area
- 1 hour during stay tension relief massage at Beji Spa (minimum 2 night stay)
- Breakfast can be served at room
- Fruit basket on arrival
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- Maximum of one child under 12 years old sharing with parent in the same room will entitle one extra bed is free of charge and the breakfast will be charged US$ 5.00 net/child/meal
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Stay overnight of New Year End will be compulsory dinner at cost will be advised
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- 05 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- NO SHOW: will be charged 100% of the total booking period
