TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 06 January 2010 through 31 March 2011
A maximum of one childr (0 - 11 years old) when sharing with two adult is free of charge on room only but the extra bed will be charged US$ 8.00 net/night/bed including breakfast. Baby Cot is available for children 0 - 2 years old by free of charge
No extra bed allowed in Beach Wing, Bungalow and Santrian Club
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be applied of the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost US$ 120 net/person and children 3 - 11 years old is 50% off adult rate for staying during New Year Period
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:

During Low Season: 5 days before arrival date until no show is imposed one night room charge
During High Season: 10 days before arrival date is imposed three nights room charge
During Peak Season: 21 days before arrival date is imposed three nights room charge
No Show is imposed three nights room charge or a full (100%) of the package value is charged for package booking.
