The rates are set with daily room rate and the packages are also available. All rates are inclusive government tax and service charge and other benefits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2008 through 31 March 2009
A maximum of one extra bed for children under 12 years old when sharing with two adult will be provided free of charge, however the breakfast will be charged US$ 6.00 net/child
No extra bed allowed in Beach Wing, Bungalow and Santrian Club
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at cost US$ 100 net/person and children under 12 years old is 50% off adult rate for staying during New Year Period
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:

During Low Season: 5 days before arrival date until no show is imposed one night room charge or 35% of the package value is charged for package booking
During High Season: 10 days before arrival date is imposed three nights room charge or 85% of the package value is charged for package booking
No Show is imposed three nights room charge or a full (100%) of the package value is charged for package booking.
