TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2008 through 30 October 2008
- The rate will be added authomatically by high season surcharge for staying on the period of high season
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only and Breakfast for children will be charged US$ 8 / child
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Staying over night on 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner at cost to be advised
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- 5 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee or 35% of the a package value will be charged for package booking
- In the event of No-Sow, a full (100%) Room Rate of entire booking period will be charged as a cancellation fee and it is equal to the package booking.
